Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Since we work with global suppliers, shipping times vary depending on the destination:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada, UK, EU: 10–20 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of the World: 15–30 business days

(Note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, or supplier delays.)

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on all orders (optional — you can also charge a flat fee).

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout (if your supplier offers this).

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link by email.

  • Please allow up to 5 days for tracking information to update.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated time frame, contact us and we’ll investigate with our supplier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties/taxes.

  • Customers are responsible for these fees, which vary by country.

Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase (before processing begins).
